Event space

Anyone can rent space to host a gathering, from a member of the public to a Member. The room adapts to what you want to do, whether you are gathering for a cause or just because.

What it is

Event space is for small gatherings, talks and the other kinds of event listed under Events: meetups, talks, tours, workshops, launches and demos. It is adaptable on purpose, so the layout, the size and the purpose of the day are yours to decide.

Two ways to use it

Just the room. You run the event. We provide the space.
With our help. Some events we assist with or organize directly, so there is overlap with our own programming. Tell us what you have in mind and we can say how much of it we can take on.

Who it’s for

A neighbour with a talk to give, a company launching a product, a club that needs a regular place to meet, a group gathering around a cause. You do not need to be a Member to rent it. Shop and Keyholder members get priority for Event Bookings; see Membership.

Part of the Niagara Assembly Network. This is how we approach event space in any space that becomes part of the network, not only one building. Our space rental offerings begin with the Hamilton Hub, and the same approach carries to partnered spaces as the network grows.
